We evaluate network availability and facilitate the setup of internet and mobile services. We do not directly own, operate, or maintain the physical network infrastructure. Therefore, the actual delivery, uptime, and maintenance of your internet or mobile service fall entirely under the terms, conditions, and service level agreements of the specific carrier you are matched with.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

By providing your phone number on our contact form, you agree to receive SMS communications from Raimak regarding your service inquiries, network availability, and account status.
